Hi all,
I am having a hard time understanding how to add a feed to my bloglines RSS site. Can anyone help me with that???

I live in Polson, MT. I have worked as a librarian for three years and really enjoy it. I am excited to learn more technological information to bring into our library renovation that we are just in the beginning stages of. I will keep you posted on our progress.

KayCee, I am assuming you have created your account with Bloglines, right? When you log in, you want to click on the Feeds tab at upper right (under the page title). That will open a separate panel at the left. Click the link that says "add". In the main window enter the URL for whatever blog you want to subscribe to (why don't you try the life long learners blog, or one of your fellow challenger's blogs?) You might want to copy and paste from the actual page in order to get the correct URL.
Click subscribe, then put a check in the checkbox of any available feed. Leave the other defaults as they are, go to the bottom of the page, and click subscribe again. The title of your new feed will appear in the left panel, along with the number of new entries to read. When you click on that, the entries will appear in the content window and you can click on the individual post to read or view the entire blog by clicking on the blog name at top. Henceforth, whenever you sign in to your Bloglines, you will see the number of new posts since you checked last.
Try it again - I'm sure you'll get the hang of it. Of course, there are some other ways to get RSS but I think this is a good way to get started- to grasp the concept. Let me know if you're still having trouble, we can go over it again....
Oops! Sorry KayCee, the feeds tab is at the upper left under the title, not the upper right. (...it must be too early in the morning....)
