Wonder who reads these and how often.

I am assuming since no one posts any comments that no one has paid attention to this blog at all. I am hoping that isn't the case and if you do read this please comment as I am leaning toward erasing the account. I am not using it any other way. No one at work reads it and I have a few friends who have looked at it but that is all. Please let me know if this is a good use of my time.

Sharing Happiness

I chose this video because it reminds me that happiness is actually in our grasp and we should share it with anyone we can. The you tube site is a great one in that it shares many ideas and those ideas would be helpful toward educating and advertising to the public via the world wide web. The downfall to the you tube site is for every positive video the is a negative video. The site should be used with discretion.

Valuable Learning Experience

I am grateful for the knowledge I have attained throughout Library 2.0 challenge. I have used some of the educating experience at home and I have also shared with my friends, and family. It is wonderful to follow along with a conversation that would have been lost to me months ago. I would always participate in another program such as this. "Times they are a changing" and I would like to keep up and change with them.

Speed boat races this weekend!!!

Hi all!
Work has been wonderfully busy lately and not only because of the summer reading program "catch the reading bug", but because the regatta cup is back in Polson, MT!!! The last time I saw the races was when my uncle raced in them and I was very young. It is going to be so exciting. It has brought a lot of tourists, and traffic is slow in town, but it has also brought our terrific library many users and resource questions.Our library is getting frequent, positive comments about the Flathead Lake we so love and cherish. Hopefully I will get some good pictures to post. My dad lives on the river where they are racing and we have very phenomenal view of all the excitement.

Not understanding the RSS

Hi all,

I am having a hard time understanding how to add a feed to my bloglines RSS site. Can anyone help me with that???

Montana Libraries

It was a dark and dreary day. I was sent out to get pictures of our new library signs and almost froze to death in the process, but they do look good don't they?

getting behind..................

I have discovered I may not be so good at keeping up with the class. I have finished the contract and am working on the next two steps which are RSS, and flickr. I have so many things going on with my handicapped daughter. I will make a better effort to get things caught up. Life long learning is a s...l...o...w process for me.

It has been a big weekend. I worked all week then I put on a BBQ for my dad on fathers day. He was very grateful and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. My daughter just loves her grampy. She sat outside in the porch swing and really enjoyed herself. My friend Kristen was a huge help in making it all happen by taking such good care of my daughter and my home and things just run smoothly with her in the picture.

I can't believe what I am seeing............................Snow!! I understand below average temperatures, but snow??? It looks like a blizzard outside. The snow is so heavy it is breaking trees.

Participation

I am going to try to keep up with this on an every other day basis. I keep pretty busy with work and my daughter.

New to blogging

I am trying a new thing..................learning to blog. I hope it will expand my knowledge in order to better help patrons at Polson City Library where I work.
